What kind of Education for you and your Children?
Do they not look up skywards for getting text, video and sound from the Satellites. Then don't they look up to God for their Guidance?
Now is the time to realize the Truth and Read the Holy Qur'an which is from God Almighty Allah.

There are two kinds of Education. One which is for the purpose of dealing only with the material things of this world. And the Other kind of Education is for both this world and the Next World.
Let us elaborate the above in the following article. The first one relates to this Temporary World, (you can imagine about a temporary file on the computer, which you are going to delete any time after you have used it and find no more necessary). You will keep on your computer only useful things in the long run.
Second one relates to this world as well as the permanent world. This guides us, how could we live as per God's Command and Guidance, on which the Whole Universal System is set-up and its daily affairs are linked to the Supreme Command and Control of God. This is the time-tested, risk-free and totally secure system. Then why leave this and settle for anything less, if you are wise?
The Education we get which relates purely to materialistic things does not help men and women comprehensively in this world. Because man has a body and a soul; The System of the world and every thing are inter-related and are bond together by a solid regulatory system designed by God. Human life is inclusive of soul and the body and all they are related with . The Real Education is that, which gives due importance to and provides necessary guidelines to deal with both body and the soul, the society, the universal system (with which we interact daily) and most importantly, God the Creator. It aims at maintaining a good relationship with all of them and keeping body and the soul in a good shape for long term benefits. There is no scope for short sightedness in the Domain of this (Realistic) Education.
A good Engineer for example, while planning and building a house for his client, keeps in mind all modern requirements in the appropriate way so that when you start living over there, you do not start cursing him for all his irregularities.
God Almighty Allah is the Master of Whole Universe where in there is no flaw at all. Then it is no wonder that God presents us an educational System which is better than all other systems made by man. His training is the Best One which makes our life of this world and the next world secure, successful and Blissful.
Let us see what the Learned men of the Western World say about Islamic Education System which is based on Holy Qur'an and the Holy Seerah (Prophet Muhammad's Way of Life)
Education related to the Material things (the worldly education) did not reach mankind automatically. It is God who taught mankind regarding worldly affairs as well. For example when a child is hungry, it will cry for mother's milk. From Japan to America, all the babies have this common necessity and behavior. This is the nature imparted by God Almighty Allah into the behavior of all human beings.
Then without doubt, true and beneficial knowledge comes from Him only. That is more than sufficient for mankind in this world and in the Eternal World, after death.
God informed us in the Holy Qur'an that He taught Adam the First man and the First Prophet of God, such things in the Heaven, which even Angels were unaware of. He quizzed the Angels and they were unable to name the things which was done by Adam successfully.
The Education which we get for the Next World will pay rich dividends in this world and mainly in the Future life after death. The World After Death is a Permanent One and our life will not end after death. So the Education which we are talking about takes care of men and women and upholds justice in the sense that man does not suffer in this world and the next world by getting a wrong kind of education.
Prophet Muhammad -peace be
upon him-was sent by God Almighty Allah as the Final Messenger and Teacher
for all mankind living on the earth (in all countries), until the End of
the Universe, equipped with the Best Knowledge for the Guidance and
Success in both worlds -before death and after it-The permanent
one.
Final Prophet Muhammad-peace be upon him, taught his great companions and they in turn passed this Divine Torch of Guidance and Immense Knowledge to us.
The two fundamental basis which form the core of any successful and comprehensive educational system are :
Holy Qur-an, The Final Book of God Almighty Allah (consisting only of God's Words) and Holy Hadith, which is the Record Book of the True Sayings, Acts, Approvals and the Way of Life practiced by the Final Prophet and the Leader of all Prophets and Mankind-Syedina Muhammad -peace be upon him, recorded by his Noble, Truthful companions and passed on to us by their pupils and the successors.
The Education of the present world is also important and a good and beneficial education should be imparted to all. No such subjects should be taught, that are merely time waste. Achieving well being in this current world and the future permanent world by maximum utilization of time, resources and energy should be the aspect of such an education. The Worldly education and the Eternal Education should be linked together.
Napoleon said :"I hope the time is not far off when I shall be able to unite all wise and educated men of all the countries and establish a uniform regime based on the principles of the Qur'an which alone are true and which alone can lead men to happiness."
The Education related to God and based upon His Guidance is more important than any other kind of education. This, we get from Holy Qur'an and Holy Hadith Books.
A blend of both of these gives a balanced system to our Education Curriculum.
For example, a man can not walk on one leg. Both legs are required to be free from trouble and dependence on others. The aircraft will take off or land on properly and free from danger, only by having all its wheels in place and in good condition. Therefore if you think properly, you will realize that without the Education of the Holy Qur-an and Hadith, the life of mankind will be unimaginably disastrous, especially when it comes to the life of future permanent world after death.
The current sorry state of world Muslim
community and failure to perform God given duties is due to the negligence
of and failure to implement the God given education and comprehensive
Islamic System in all affairs of life.

They Arabs were no bloodthirsty savages, bent solely on loot and destruction. On the contrary, they were an innately gifted race, eager to learn and appreciative of the cultural gifts which older civilizations had to bestow,.......the ancient cultures of Greece, Rome and Persia were revitalized by the Arab Genius and the Islamic Spirit. For the first three centuries of its existence (circ. A.D 650-1000) the realm of Islam was the most civilized and progressive portion of the world. Studded with splendid cities, gracious mosques and quiet universities where the wisdom of the ancient world was preserved and appreciated, the Moslem world offered a striking contrast to the Christian West, then sunk in the night of the Dark Ages." (The New World of Islam, London, 1932, pp. 1-3 A.M. Lothrop Stoddard, Ph.D).
Dr. Bertherand writes: "......The incredulous, skeptical and unbelieving may convince themselves that the importance of the Book and its doctrine was not to throw back, eventually, the intellectual and moral faculties of a whole people. On the contrary, those who have followed its counsels have been, as we have described in the course of this study, the creators of civilization which is astounding unto this day" (Contribution des Arabes au Progress des Sciences Medicales, Paris 1883, P.6, Dr. A. Bertherand).
Others Appreciate this Great System :
"It must be acknowledged, too, that the Koran (please read as Qur-an) deserves the Highest praise for its conceptions of the Divine nature, in reference to the attributes of Power, knowledge and Universal Providence and Unity that its belief and trust in the one God of Heaven and Earth is deep and fervent and that .... it embodies most of a noble and deep moral earnestness, a sententious oracular wisdom, and has proved that there are elements in it on which mighty nations and .... empires can be built up." (The Koran London, 1918, p 15, Rev. J.M. Rodwell, M.A.)
Modern Science confirms Scientific statement of Qur'an: "It was in totally object spirit, and without any pre-conceived ideas that I first examined the Qur'anic Revelation. I was looking for the degree of compatibility between Qur'anic Text and the data of modern science. I knew from translations that the Qur'an often made allusion to all sorts of natural phenomena, but I only had a summary knowledge. It was only when I examined the text very closely in Arabic that I kept a list of them, at the end of which I had to acknowledge the evidence in front of me: The Qur-an did not contain a single statement that was assailable from a modern scientific point of view.
I repeated the same test for the Old Testament and the Gospels, always preserving the same objective outlook. In the former I did not even have to go beyond the first book, genesis, to find statements totally out of keeping with the cast-iron facts of modern science.
What strikes us today when we are faced with such contradictions and incompatibilities with well established scientific data, is how specialities studying the texts either pretend to be unaware of them or else draw attention to these defects then try to camouflage them with dialectic acrobatics" (The Bible, The Koran and Science, page 15 by Dr. Maurice Bucaille)
<<I have always held the religion of Muhammad in high estimation because of its wonderful vitality. It is the only religion which appears to possess that assimilating capability to the changing phases of existence which can make itself appeal to every age..." "I have prophesied about the faith of Muhammad that it would be acceptable tomorrow as it is beginning to be acceptable to the Europe of today. Medieval ecclesiastics, either through ignorance or bigotry, painted Mohammedanism in the darkest colors. They were in fact, trained to hate both the man Muhammad and his religion. To them Muhammad was anti-Christ. I have studied him, the wonderful man and in my opinion, far from being an anti-Christ he must be called the savior of Humanity. I believe that if a man like him were to assume the dictatorship of the modern world, he would succeed in solving the problems in a way that would bring it the much-needed peace and happiness. Europe is beginning to be enamored of the creed of Muhammad. In the next century it may go still further in recognizing the utility of that creed in solving its problems and it is in this sense that you must understand my prediction>> (a collection of writings of Some of the Eminent Scholars" published by the Woking Muslim Mission, 1935 edition p.77).
Hart wig Hirschfeld writes:<We must not be surprised to find the Qur'an the fountain head of the sciences. Every subject connected with heaven or earth, human life, commerce and various trades are occasionally touched upon, and this gave rise to the production of numerous monographs forming commentaries on parts of the Holy Book. In this way the Qur'an was responsible for great discussions and to it was indirectly due, the marvelous development of all branches of science in the Muslim world... This again not only affected the Arabs, but also induced Jewish Philosophers to treat metaphysical and religious questions after Arab methods. Finally, the way in which Christian scholasticism was fertilized by Arabian theosophy need not be further discussed. Spiritual activity once aroused within Islamic bounds was not confined to theological speculations alone. Acquaintance with the philosophical, astronomical and medical writings of the Greeks led to the pursuance of these studies. In the descriptive revelations, Muhammad repeatedly calls attention to the movement of the heavenly bodies, as parts of the miracles of Allah forced into the service of man and therefore not to be worshipped. How successfully Moslem people of all races pursued the study of astronomy is shown by the fact that for centuries, they were its principal supporters. Even now many Arabic names of stars and technical terms are in use. Medieval astronomers in Europe were pupils of the Arabs.....In the same manner the Qur'an gave an impetus to medical studies and recommended the contemplation and study of nature in general." "One of the most deplorable things in history", said Dr.J.W. Draper, is the systematic way in which European writers have contrived to put out of sight the Scientific obligations of the Arabs". (Historical facts in the Arabian Musical Influence, H.G. Farmer).
Europe was darkened at sunset, Cordova shone with public lamps: Europe was covered with vermin, Cordova changed its under garments daily: Europe lay in mud, Cordova's streets were paved; Europe's Palaces had smoke-holes in the ceiling, Cordova's arabesques were exquisite; Europe's nobility could not sign its name, Cordova's children went to school; Europe's monks could not read the baptismal service, Cordova's teachers created a library of Alexandrian dimensions". (The Story of Medicine, p.164 Victor Robinson).
Why! Do you know? Because Cordova emerged due to the Glory of Islam and the efforts of sincere, hard working and wise Muslims and their noble influence.
The Problem with Muslims is that they have miserably failed to lead the world even when the facts and conditions are all fully in their favor. Muslim countries number around 50 and have immense wealth. The population of Muslims is more than one billion. When Prophet Muhammad started educating the tribal people in the harsh desert of Arabia, he started alone in the beginning. But in 23 years of his great efforts with the Help of Almighty God and his unmatchable-Noble Characters, and Superb- unparalleled leadership, Arabs were transformed from a miserable condition of darkness, illiteracy, poverty and cruelty to be the leaders of the world, which in turn transformed the History of the World itself! The System of God is forever. But now, unfortunately and due to the wrong agendas of the vested interests, we just can't implement an educational system that is based on God's Guidance (Holy Qur'an and the Seerah of the Prophet Muhammad) in our own countries. We try to belittle this Great Cause.
Our negligence and lethargy
has hindered the progress and prosperity of the whole world. We are
answerable before God for failing to benefit from the Great Gifts of Holy
Qur'an and The Seerah and spreading this message to other members of human
society at large. This is not to be taken for a joke. But when
the time comes, only then the reality will dawn but then it may be too
late. So let us start before that.....
Is it not time to wake up now
and start implementing all that we have received from God and His Prophet
Muhammad(S) in all spheres
of life?
